there are many more of Tony's pictures.
Images can also be supplied directly from Tony unless subject to a current Rights Protected licence.

To order an image for commercial or editorial use:
1. Please note the picture REF number at top right hand corner of image.
2. Send in the order using the Contact Us page.
3. You will be sent an email invoice where payment can be made using PayPal.
4. You will then be sent the image on CD or given a download website address, where it can be downloaded directly to your computer.
Note: not all Rights Managed (RM) pictures can be used for commercial purposes as they may not have a model or property release. All Royalty Free (RF) images can be used for anything.

Delivery charges:
First Class Post in the UK is included in the price.
Any other destination: Will quote on return email.
Note: there maybe a local tax to pay in some countries which the customer will have to pay.
Poster Prints are posted in stiffened cardboard envelopes.
Poster Print Delivery times:
We aim to send out all orders within 4 working days of your payment received.
If there is any delay we will let you know by email or phone call.
For orders paid by cheque we reserve the right to delay shipment until your cheque
has cleared.
Stock Image Delivery times:
We aim to send out all stock images within 24hrs usually much less, unless advised otherwise,
please check the News page.

Poster Print returns:
If your print is damaged in the post.
Please Contact Us stating the nature of the damage with your name, email,
postal address and sales invoice number.
Then:
Return it to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will send you a new print,
free of charge.
Delivery is free in the UK but will need to be paid for by overseas customers.
See delivery charges above.
Note that this offer is limited to only one free replacement poster print for the poster print you have ordered, and paid for, and was damaged in the post.
If you are not completely happy with your new print.
Please Contact Us stating your reason.
Return it to me within 14 days in new condition undamaged and I will give you a full
refund minus the delivery charge.

Terms and Conditions:
All information on this website is to the best of our knowledge correct, but may
need to be changed or updated if an error is found. If an error is found that will
affect your order, we will inform you of the change and you can cancel or amend your order should this be a problem.
If you are not completely happy with your print, please contact us and state the
reason why. We will be happy to give a full refund if it is returned within 2 weeks,
undamaged and in perfect condition.
If a print is damaged during delivery. Please contact us stating the nature of the
damage. Please also inform the delivery company.
When the print is returned to me with the original packing, we will send you another
poster print free of charge.
Poster Prints ordered will be shipped to the customer when full payment is received.
Stock Images used by commercial and editorial customers:
Images supplied for commercial or editorial use must be paid for before image is sent or download to the customer. If after receiving the image the customer is not satisfied with the image and do not want to use it, they must cancel it's use, and return the CD / DVD within 10 days, and will be refunded in full.
It is the customers responsibilty to ensure the image can be legally used for it's intended use.
Customer Privacy:
All customers details will be used in strict confidence and will only be used to process a customers order.
Details of customers name, address and email will only be retained for information updates to the customer
via post or email.
If the customer does not want information updates via email or post then all customer details will be removed after an order has shipped.
